At Plant Partners, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all your plant and gifting needs. Please review the details below to understand how we ship orders within Bangalore and across the rest of India, how long delivery takes, and how we handle damaged or missing items.

Shipping Details

We currently ship orders to the following locations:

  • Bangalore: We offer regular shipping for all orders within Bangalore.
  • Rest of India: Orders outside Bangalore are accepted with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 25 pieces.

Order processing time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Processing time may increase depending on the order quantity and any customization requirements.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery timelines after your order is processed and dispatched:

  • Within Bangalore: Typically 1–3 business days.
  • Rest of India: Typically 4–8 business days after dispatch.

Timelines may vary based on the delivery location and the courier partner's network or operational conditions.

Shipping charges depend on your order and delivery location:

  • Bangalore: Shipping charges are calculated based on the order size and delivery location within the city.
  • Rest of India: Shipping charges vary by quantity, weight, and courier service used for dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS or Email (based on the contact details shared at the time of order).

We take special care while packing plant-based and fragile items:

  • All products are packed securely to ensure safe transit.
  • Plant-based and fragile items receive additional protective packaging to minimize movement and damage during shipping.

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the shipment may be returned to us by the courier.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please help us support you quickly:

  • Share an unboxing video and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Send these to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Our team will review the evidence and assist with a replacement or an appropriate resolution based on the situation.

Due to the perishable and fragile nature of live plants and customized gifting, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in cases of damage or issues reported as per our damaged or missing items guidelines.
